10-minute blueberry jam
2 cups frozen wild blueberries (1 small pack), defrosted
3 tbsp ground chia seeds
Juice of ½ lemon
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- Mash blueberries with fork in a medium sized bowl until most of the liquid is released but there are still pieces of blueberries.
- Stir in all other ingredients and let sit for 15 minutes until the chia seeds thicken the jam. The jam is ready to eat or incorporate into a recipe.
