Recommended dose  
Adults: Take one (1) capsule twice daily.  

Warnings 
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, have gallstones or bile duct obstruction, have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
